Warner Custom Homes, Inc. was formed in 2007 to offer high quality, custom home building to the Fredericksburg, VA area.

We promise to provide professionalism and integrity throughout all aspects of the construction process. We take pride in the opportunity to build your home to your specifications and will ensure that your home will be built in a safe and timely manner while meeting all national and local building codes.

We also feel strongly that job sight presence is mandatory and we pledge to be on your home site on a daily basis. This enables us to monitor all work being done by the subcontractors and will eliminate any delays or miscommunication that is prevalent on other jobsites.
