These digital tools bring construction and technology together to offer unparalleled plan design thru drafting, 3D modeling, renderings, videos, and more.
Here is what our digital tools offer
Drafting - Select from our Home Plan Library, bring us your own completed plans, adjust your plans, or start from scratch! We can help create or finalize your plans and deliver construction ready plans that we can submit for a building permit and be used by all of our trades. We can also take these plans and convert them with any of the following digital tools to provide you with further detail and visualization.
Home Configure provides photorealistic 3D visualizations that allow our customers to make product selections and see them in real time.

Build Optimize improves preconstruction collaboration with our trades and control over material costs, while reducing change orders and costly delays. This is achieved thru Build Optimize' Building Information Modeling (BIM) which identifies and eliminate conflicts in a 3D model.
With the power of Render, we can convert 2D house plans into high resolution, 3D renderings and interactive videos that let you virtually walk through every room of your home with stunning clarity.

The Digital Construction Process:
1. Start with a 2D plan we design for you - or a plan you bring to us.
2. Convert the 2D plans into a digital plan - both exterior & interior.
3. Create 3D Digital Renderings, Virtual Tours, Home Configure selections, and a skeleton of the home identifying any conflicts with framing and trades.
